The Prospetic Project: a Pioneer Latin-american Initiative for Higher Education Support Using Information and Communication Technologies

چکیده
This work shows the physical infrastructure and technological solutions implemented by the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS, Colombia) through the institutional project named ProSPETIC, proposed to give support to the UIS academic programs and the university government using Information and Communication Technologies. This initiative aims to consolidate the existent experiences to enhance teaching and learning processes in all levels, to promote didactic innovation and interactive learning and to add value to research activities, technological transfer and university with the society convergence.
